No, I'm not pregnant. But I am under contract. Yes! We signed a contract yesterday! It was 2 years exactly since we first put the house on the market. Now, we have to wait for the inspection to be done. In case you didn't know, we were in a contract before and when the inspection was done, there was a problem found. We fixed it immediately, but the buyers still walked away. And 2 years later we still have a house to sell. So, the inspection makes me nervous. Please pray that God would pick the perfect inspecter for us who would be fair and just in his assessment of the property and that if there are any problems, we are able to fix them and that the buyers don't change their minds. thank you!
